If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused skis or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and securely affix it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated courier. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 days.
